COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – The community is coming together to honor the lives of those victims killed inside of a dorm room at UCCS. Friends of Samuel Knopp the UCCS student who was killed organized a memorial concert to raise money for both Knopp and Celie Rain Montgomery the other victim.
