Alex Warren has released his new single Rescuer, giving fans another preview of his upcoming sophomore album, Wildchild.
The new track arrived alongside an official music video featuring Warren and his wife, Kouvr Annon Warren. The song was inspired by their relationship and centers on the support Warren credits his wife with providing throughout his life and career.
Rescuer follows a string of recent releases from the singer, including Passenger, Fine Place to Die and Fever Dream. Together, the songs are helping introduce the sound and themes of Wildchild, which is scheduled for release on August 28, 2026.
The accompanying video was directed by Andrew Donoho and places Warren and his wife at the center of the story. The release also follows several weeks of social media teasers that built anticipation for the song.
With Rescuer now available, Warren continues the rollout for Wildchild while keeping the focus on personal storytelling and his relationship with his wife.
