Calvin Harris has earned a Guinness World Records title after performing a DJ set for an estimated 1.6 million people in São Paulo, Brazil. The record was officially recognized following his free performance on February 8, 2026, during a pre-Carnival street event.
The achievement was confirmed as the largest attendance for a DJ set by a single artist. Harris performed from a carnival float on Rua da Consolação as huge crowds filled the surrounding streets for the open-air celebration.
His set featured several of the biggest songs connected to his career, including This Is What You Came For, One Kiss, I Need Your Love, and We Found Love. The event added another major milestone to a career that has already produced numerous international hits and chart records.
Harris has also received Guinness recognition in the past, including for scoring nine UK Top 10 singles from his album 18 Months.
